Identify the page or record, quote the specific claim you dispute and provide an original source or exact locator where possible. Explain whether the issue concerns a date, identity, interpretation, quantity or legal status.
We cannot promise a response time. Submission of a correction does not automatically change a published record; material changes require review and a dated revision.
Protect sensitive information
Email is not a secure evidence-submission channel. Do not send private addresses, identifying information about vulnerable children or survivors, confidential witness accounts or unpublished sensitive documents. Ask about a suitable channel first.
Rights and reuse
Third-party source material retains its own rights. Linking to a source does not grant permission to redistribute it. Contact the project with the exact material and intended use.
